I have been searching for a permanent foot fungus cure for many years now but have not found one. I am quite satisfied to just treat it whenever it occurs. Sometimes the fungus appears under my arms, sometimes in the groin region and sometimes at the back of the neck. It appears in regions which tend to remain moist and warm and areas where the skin rubs against skin.

I have found antifungal creams to be most effective. I just need to ensure that I keep those regions of my body dry so that the fungus does not spread. Talcum powders are also quite helpful to keep the skin dry since by nature I tend to sweat more.

When my doctor told me that I had athlete’s foot, I almost took it as a compliment. I run 4 miles every morning and I have got an athletic pair of legs. But that is not what the doctor was pointing to.
