Foot Fungus Symptoms
When my doctor told me that I had athlete’s foot, I almost took it as a compliment. I run 4 miles every morning and I have got an athletic pair of legs. But that is not what the doctor was pointing to.
Actually it was a bad case of foot fungus. I was feeling some itching and burning sensation in my feet, especially in my soles for some days but I did not think that these were foot fungus symptoms. Initially, I thought it might be a reaction to the new pair of shoes I had purchased.
But then I saw that rashes, red in color, had developed on the sides of the feet and it started to get painful. So I had to visit the doctor who confirmed that these were all typical foot fungus symptoms.
He mentioned that this is quite a common occurrence and can happen to anyone. The fungus grows in moist and warm conditions and spreads through direct contact with contaminated items like floors in the gym, swimming pools, locker rooms and socks.
As I learnt more about the infection, I understood the importance of keeping the feet dry to prevent the fungus from growing. Now I ensure that I wear only cotton socks that help to absorb any remaining moisture and select shoes that allow my feet to breathe.
If you notice any foot fungus symptoms, you should immediately use an antifungul product such as
Pedinol Fungoid Tincture. Dry your feet completely before applying the tincture. It might take 2 to 4 weeks for the skin to heal but you must apply the tincture for at least one week after that as a safety measure.
In my case, the infection was mild so I was back to my 4 miles within 2 weeks. But in some cases, the infection becomes severe enough to cause bleeding. Sometimes, the fungus also spreads to the toes and toenails. In such a case, you might need intensive treatment from a skin specialist.
Pedinol Fungoid Tincture works every time!!
Zetaclear. ZetaClear contains a proprietary formulation of natural oils, each of which has been demonstrated to contribute to the promotion of healthy looking nails.
