If you want something good for your hair, squeeze some lemon juice on your hair and comb through it before you spend time in the sun. Although alkaline is great for the inside of the body, the hair and skin like a little acid externally. It will lighten your hair and make it shiny. Also instead of using gel in your hair, you can use some aloe vera.

I’m raising bees now, have you thought of getting a bee hive where you live now? It’s very interesting.

Dermatitis – my dad had this and I had it mildly all my life. Mostly on my shins in the winter time. Keeping lotion on it solved it for me (treating the symptoms) but for the first time in my life, it went away last year. I did not use anything external. It went away from the diet I was on. All my skin blemishes (bumps) went away that I had every day of my life since I can remember. I never thought they would go away. They came back when I fell of the diet for a long time though.

Dermatitis Part 2 – the diet was simply high pH combined with the “candida” diet which by the way, is an anti-fungal diet. It means no sugar (not even sugary fruits), no starches (not even potatoes), drinking a lot of water, lots of greens, lemons, limes, grapes, watermelon basically. I also drank Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar daily and did an occasional lemon juice flush for my kidneys. The liver and kidneys are key to the skin and every other thing (blood). This diet did amazing things!

Dermatitis Part 3 – (diet continued) I did eat beef and chicken on this diet, in very small amounts at one time though. I’m not saying it’s necessary to eat meat but it definitely was not rejected in any way by my body. The diet cured things I had dealt with all my life that I accepted as normal for me. I no longer needed Clear Eyes to have perfectly white eyes. I saw a thick ridge grow down my fingernails then no more splitting. Every little bump on my skin gone and so much more!

I’ve heard the same thing, that coconut on the inside (eating it) is very similar to using sun lotion on the outside!! I’ve also heard that coconut contains lauric acid which is a natural anti-bacterial which although not an anti-fungal, will help with skin irritations that are bacteria caused. I get a bit of irritation around my nose for some reason and so I use coconut oil as a moisturizer and to keep that redness down to a minimum. :)

Dermatitis Part 4 – I forgot to mention one of the most important parts of the diet. Drink a lot of water! Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.

@Le5hitbag I would have taken better care of myself, or something like that:) How are you beautiful?

  16. ohnoyoudidntx on July 7th, 2010

Yes an EARTH QUAKE can cause oil to gush out too….but does that mean we shouldnt care that there is an oil spill caused by humans?

  17. ponhand on July 7th, 2010

@ohnoyoudidntx It’s not the question of if we care or not it’s the question how are we involved in the process. I’ve submitted an invention to BP a month ago, and there’s no response. There’s an enzyme that would consume the oil. Not my invention, I’d have represented a foreign business to deal with the crisis. But I also know that this spill will not effect anything too much. Anything we humans do will not effect earth as much as we would like to believe.

@ponhand doing good thanks. I’m starting a raw food diet today! Thanks for the inspiration:)
